Book # 2 'Adwitiyo Ghanada' (1959) was left out.
'Ghanada Choturmukh' retained pictures from the first book, though colours varied.

had a bright, multi-coloured cover by Satya Chakraborty.
Ghanashyam could be identified by his elongated cranium.
. All stories had headpieces by Amal Chattopadhyay,
where our hero resembled the Ajit Gupta prototype.
. 'Ghanadake Vote Din' featured two additional sketches.
'Ghanada Kishore Omnibus', Kamini Prakashalay, 1990
This is the sole mention we've found of 'Das Holen Ghanada' as a separate book.
Some experts claim, 'Knaacha Kalam' was the magazine edited by artist
Ajit Gupta & others, and not a publishing house,
where the novella first appeared.
If so, the year 1971 seems doubtful, as 'Das Holen Ghanada'
had already featured in 'Agra Jawkhon Tawomawl' (1968).

The eleventh entry is a non-Ghanada, Premendra Mitra's 'Mahaakasher Atithi'.
The headpiece for the latter is copied from the book
'Ghanadar Shongi Shaathi' (1986).
Surprisingly, the artists credited are :
Amal Chattopadhyay for 'Ghanadar Shongi Shaathi'
and Dilip Das for 'Ghanadar Baachhaai Gawlpo'.
The jacket designers of the two volumes are :
Satya Chakraborty and Ranjan Dutt respectively.
In spite of this,
the central Ghanada on the two covers are identical !
Dilip Das follows the Ajit Gupta prototype while portraying our hero,
though his moustache betrays a lack of continuity.
The illustration for 'Tawl'
is quite similar to the one in
'Ghanada Shawmogro 2'.

A bumper collection of the books :
'Aabaar Ghanada' (1963),
'Mongolgrohey Ghanada' (1973),
'Ghanada Nityo Notun' (1966)
& the verse 'Ghawnaar Bawchon' in two parts.
But the unique feature of this volume was the inclusion of
an interview & write-up by Premendra Mitra,
'Mawshaa' annotated by noted critic Dharani Ghosh,
and two poems, seven articles on various aspects of Ghanada.
The interview 'Ghanada Elo Kothaa Thekey'
is not mentioned in the contents.
All entries from this section termed 'Ghanada Guide',
first appeared in the special Ghanada issue of
'Kishore Jnan Bijnan' (June, 1986), with different illustrations.
'Brihat Ghanada Shankalan' retained original Ajit Gupta sketches for the short stories,
grafted Gupta-Ghanada heads on bodies by Narayan Debnath in 'Mongolgrohey Ghanada'
and was additionally sprinkled with stock sketches by Ajit Gupta / Robin Basu.
'Aabaar Ghanada' & 'Ghanada Nityo Notun'
sections had a brand new introductory page of contents.

Author Siddhartha Ghosh (1948 - 2002),
proposer & founder member of 'Ghanada Club'
wrote the introduction.
Also included was a brief write-up on the club.
Robin Basu designed the cover,
based on Ajit Gupta's sketch for 'Jawl'.
Though the illustrations inside went uncredited,
those from 'Ghanada Nityo Notun' retained the Ajit Gupta originals,
the rest followed the 1993 & 2003 editions of
'Ghanadar Juri Nei' [Dhiren Baul - Ajit Gupta collaboration]
& 'Aabaar Ghanada' respectively.
Stock Ghanada figures seen in 'Brihat Ghanada Shankalan'
were sprinkled throughout.

Labelled an extended edition of
'Ghanada O Mou-Kaa-Shaa-Bi-Sh' (1985),
this book removed two Mahabharat-series tales -
'Ghanadar Sholyo Shamaachaar' &
from the older volume,
and added the final Mou-Kaa-Shaa-Bi-Sh story.
Inexplicably, an initial chunk of
'Ghanada Phirlen' was removed,
the result titled 'Ghanadar Gul'.

In tale # 1, following
'Ghanada O Mou-Kaa-Shaa-Bi-Sh',
the receipient's name : 'Ghanaa dadu' is missing
from the facsimile envelope sent by 'Tukai'.
Story # 5 retains the original Alay Ghoshal sketches from 'Kishore Jnan Bijnan',
with the hero's head by Robin Basu.
